There is no pay-parity across bands. Your pay will depend on which partner you're working for and the difference could be significant.
A0 - 8.5 lpa

A1 - 11 lpa

A2 - 15 lpa

A3 - 20 lpa

However, there is no pay parity after A0 level so some are overpaid while others are paid peanuts.
How are the gen corp teams? Which partners to avoid, what are the chances of switching to T1 after 1 year PQE??
A0 - 47k per month post taxes (as of 2023 offer letter)
Same salary for all. Not the best culture and only some teams actually have good work. Avoid if no other offer.
can someone please answer genuinely without snide comments?
you guys should give specifics, random comments do not help anyone
It's not a merger, just a failed attempt by link legal to be in limelight.
Is it not supposed to be a T2 firm after the merger?
I have seen threads where it says that the starting salary for this year is 7-8LPA?
It's fixed for A0s, around 5-6 lpa. For a tier 3 firm, the pay is good.
45k for non-nlus and no you can't ask for equal pay, they will fire you
What is the pay culture at DLL? Is there pay-parity across all bands of associate or is there a NLU/ non-NLU bias? And if I am aware that I am offered less than other associates in the same band, how much can I negotiate or can I blankly ask for equal pay?
