to oppose his economic theory is one thing, but to call his intent into question is a whole different problem.
It is fine to reject or overrule some his judgments but J Iyer will always be someone to idolise. Even though his political opinions were quite apparent.
Likes of puny Chandu, Lallu, Ramu, Bobda, Gogwa, Jaggu, Rubela, Sanju, Arun can never match that. These buggers will be trolled hard for their infamy. & people like Iyer, Nariman, BK Mukharjee, HR Khanna will be revered & followed.
In the long run, knowledge or intelligence or even hard work will not matter for these posts.. only integrity will..

P.S. It’s high time law schools removed Iyer from his pedestal. Apart from the dreadful language of high judgements, his Marxist dogma was regressive and harmful.
