The lawyer of opposite party In Lower Court is a Senior Advocate in High Court and its this influence resulting in the Clerk refusing to take the complaint.Even prior other complaints against this Judge that were made almost three weeks back are not even given an Outward number. This is not just some lazy clerk, its a clerk who's probably taking a 100 rupee note or some favour, obviously without a trace, from the law firm of the Senior Advocate of the opposite party. There's a habit of the clerk insisting that outward number will not be done on same day but after 3-4 days. But the numbering is not done for weeks sometimes and the complaints become redundant. He once asked me for Rs100 when I requested my complaint to be treated as urgent. When I refused, I faced consequences. The Lower Court Judge had come to know about my complaint on next date and passed adverse observations on me in an order. When I challenged the order with adverse observations, the High Court remanded the matter to be redecided by Lower Court who withdrew those observations.Thats when I bought this new complaint and the Clerk in High Court has refused to take it.
What is the legal remedy here-Should I report the matter to ACB as I am facing consequences for not bribing or take up Contempt against the Clerk for interfering administration of justice
