Anshul may be a Dalit, but that doesn’t give him a free pass to abuse everyone. He has also been abusing Dalit writers like Suraj Yengde and Manisha Mondal, including misogynistic abuses to the latter. Even his question to Spivak wasn’t a question but just trolling. He later made a meme morphing Spivak’s face on a corpse awaiting cremation.
I think Dalit activists should dissociate with this abusive and misogynistic guy because he is hurting their cause.

P.S. In a similar vein, while Spivak was elitist, I should add that the JNU student in question has been hurling misogynistic and anti-Bengali abuses on Twitter since that day. Like really filthy street abuses. He also introduced himself to Spivak as a "professor", when he is simply a student. Spivak may be snooty, but this dude is ▮▮▮.
