I have never worked on an SME IPO, if you have, may you please clarify how this works.
1. Dont the MBs do any proper diligence or are they in on it?
2. What are the auditors doing?
3. I know of one other trading company which did an IPO and its owners (IVY league educated) persons went to prison for something else.
And
3. How's the practice area like?
4. Is it as intense as a mainboard IPO in terms of deadlines and work?
5. How's the payout for lawyers in this?
6. Which firms do these?
