Some law firm partners gives credit to their favorites irrespective of what the others bring to the table. Bumping.
This is legitimately sad for everyone in the fraternity. โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ.

The HR is powerless and just inclined with his โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ decision-making - always is what I have heard. Law firms in general should move away from this culture and reduce favouritism in their ranks.
Just a carefully curated public image that not every one has closely seen.

He apparently is facing a lot of non work allegations on how he treats his resources. The HR at JSA has also been subject to lot of scrutiny of late for blindly inclining with his cover ups. Just don't join his team.

Some of his partners/juniors that I have come across opposite are pretty average. So safe to say just another team.

Not a great environment for every one to bring the best out of them. Bump.

He has to take blame for a lot of HR issues that cropped up in his team recently. Safe environment from a mental health perspective, not necessarily so. Good man with โ–ฎโ–ฎโ–ฎ !

Good deals and lot of work and hence good money and exposure. Very less attrition. One of the best Corp teams at JSA. What else do you need?

Can someone please share latest reviews/ experience and whether joining him would be worth? Primarily looking for culture and WLB.

He is actually a great human being. Very chill guy, approachable and down to earth! Refreshing to see in the otherwise toxic law firm culture. Apart from his personality, he also does a lot of interesting high profile matters.
