This was a reality check for me. The guy is in his early thirties, which is considered young in the legal profession. He is not a nepo kid and from a regular middle class family. I have seen CAM and SAM Mumbai partners even in their 40s who still drive a Honda City and wear a Tissot. Does this mean that court practice is more lucrative?? Also, does living in a tier 2 city save a lot on rent? I mean, it can’t be that huge a difference??
