Work is mostly research based and interns are expected to stay from 10:30-7:30 which can stretch to 8 pm depending on work. Weekends are free for interns but not for associates.
If you are not looking for a PPO/Callback then try to build a good rapport with the associates, they have good work as it is a small team and will provide proper guidance.
