Go to LinkedIn and search his name and see the deals he has been featured in. You can also see the recognitions awarded, if any. You can also scroll through the firms LinkedIn page to see the work transactions. These should be the factors, and not the secondary things. You can also search on legally India, for it has been doing business intelligence on law firm.
Having worked there, you have a good work life balance. Weekends are respected. Office time: 10:30-8 PM.
