Some key questions remain:
1. Will Manan Mishra and the BCI goons veto the entry of foreign law schools?
2. Would foreign law schools even want to set up law schools here? For example, Jindal offers dual degrees with Cornell, where one goes to Cornell after 4 years at Jindal and pays for a 2-year JD at in USD. Why would Cornell want to change this arrangment? Or would Cornell like to offer a 5 year JD-LLB in India and earn more in revenue?
3. Adding to question 2, ultimately will the colleges that set up campuses here be less prestigious ones, such as those ranked in the 200-350 QS bracket, rather than the top 100 or even top 200 bracket in QS?
