Pay hike and bonus depends upon the partners.
If you are jointing as a lateral at A0 with previous pay as 8LPA, except 10-12 LPA
Following are salary of A, SA, PA to the best of my knowledge:
A0- 10- 16 (Direct 16 if you are directly recruited)
SA- 18-36
PA 24-72
The above makes total sense, since the final round figure would be 1,33,333- 13,333, that = 1,20,000 in hand.
