My take-away: MBA is not of much use if you want to stick to practicing law. Do it if (after spending 2-3 years as a corporate lawyer) you want to move to consulting or I-banking etc. If you work for a consulting firm like McKinsey, BCG etc. or join an I-bank abroad, money would be good or better than Indian corp-law, but work-life balance won’t improve much (and may actually be worse).
