Err...you do realise that you contradict your own statement? If multiple kings are holding sway over a piece of land, then by logic, it does not remain akhand. No king even in the scriptures ever held sway over the entire landmass that is represented by India as we know it now. I have actually read my history as well as my mythology, including all the epics and vedic texts. Whereas you seem to be merely peddling random things without understanding what they actually mean. Incidentally, Aryavart left out a considerable portion of NE India and South India of today, in all its iterations. Once again, the landmass was divided into multiple kingdoms and different nations, mahajanapadas, whatever you call it. Their laws were different, their governance structures were different, as were the cultures and languages. That's one of the reasons why they never managed to band together against subsequent invaders who wanted conquer all of these kingdoms one after another. At least read and understand the mythology and ancient texts that you refer to. Read critical editions of the epics, know about concepts like recension, vulgate etc. instead of reproducing lines from whatsapp forwards and random blogs. I am as far away from being a 'leftist' as it gets. However, I still read and follow logic.
