Replace sudhir with supreme leader and this comment reflects national politics too.
You do realise that the law doesn't work like that, right? And Sudhir has already accepted reservation in 5 year course. It can't be rolled back now.
You guys are missing the point The strategy is to have zero domicile reservation in 5 year by starting this course. Brilliant strategy by Sudhir.
Hypothetically, it is possible to have a high quality programme even with reserved intake. Of course, the output will differ in that case. Harvard has plenty of people entering its programme through various backdoors.
Considering not more than 1% of NLS graduates stay in Bangalore, I don't think you can ride that particular high horse for long.
Sudhir must answer. He is on PR overdrive acting as if this is as good as a Harvard JD.
Not our mistake that ypur state is backward and does not have NLS type institute or even jobs.
This is to ensure that the reservation pressure from the state lessens on the flagship 5 year programme.
Really? That many reserved? Can you please share the link. Sudhir has been hyping this as a second revolution in India legal education πŸ˜‚
More than 70-80% seats are reserved for backwards and Karnataka state people. How should we digest the fact that any outsider stand nowhere when applying for admission here.
