Yep. Just a control complex of the senior management. While we were in office, my senior never had the time to β€œtrain” me, Abhi kya he hoga?
So go and hire those kids, who is stopping you exactly?
Work 18 hours a day when NLU Grads cry after logging in 14 hours.
Ramanuj is right. You NLU kids are too demanding. Law firms should stop hiring NLU grads and give chance to law grads from lesser known colleges. These kids would not have such sense of entitlement and would happily work from office.
Work from office hi law firm ka 'SATYA' hai! Jitna jaldi samajh jaoge utna jaldi aadat pad jayegi! Bas 21 days ki hi to baat hai!

To ensure that it doesn't loose out on people who don't want to wfh
I am unable to understand what law firms seek to achieve by forcing people back to offices. I mean people who want to go should well be permitted to do so, but why force others? What is the rationale or point of such a move? Because work sure as hell can be done remotely.
