Since you are starting out you have the advantage of time. So learn the basics well - Contracts, IPR, Economics, and Commercial Law courses.
Couple them up with proper certificate courses in programming from good universities (a lot of content on Coursera and EdX from Ivy League universities, IITs and Google itself. As a general tip, avoid other platforms - I've tried most of them and settled for these two.)
You can read up extensively on data privacy and blockchains. With time, depending on things you find interesting and things gaining prominence in the world, you will carve out a niche for yourself.
At the same, keep an open mind though. Don't be afraid to change paths and change yourself because that's the best part about college life - the journey of discovering yourself! All the best.
