Gate 4, near the field. Can already imagine couples getting disturbed by heli-taxis.
Stupid moderator. This is not a troll discussion! It applies to all law schools in remote locations.
And NALSAR, airport to Shamirpet costs are exorbitant. Would also get rid of the bi-annual "cab sharing" email spam.
This is very much needed for NLSIU too, if Pawan Hans can offer subsidised rates for students. Time to break free from the taxi cartel.
Hmmm now that I think of it, 10 minute helicopter ride at Vaishnodevi was only INR 1500 or so couple of years back. Was it subsidized? If not, I'm starting a service from Indiranagar to BLR airport tomorrow, better than paying 1000-1500 to uber/ola for 2 hour drive.
I still haven't figured out whether this thread is Trollish or not.

Lmao, this truly gives KJo's SOTY vibes. Do you all are seriously mulling over this?
Kian, don't flag this as trollish. The Sonipat cabbies are extortionists and a helicopter service is needed to break their monopoly. Parents and students must pressure the VC.
One way by taxi = Rs 1,500 to Rs 1,800 over 1.5 to 2 hours

One way by copter = Rs 2,500 over 15 mins

Better to go for option 2, even with extra Rs 1,000.
Not clear why this is marked trollish. I don't know if a chopper service is striating or not, but the private taxis do charge ridiculouslt high rates. That is true
Pawan Hans uses cheap Indian helicopters. Jindal Students atleast need a premium brands like Agusta or Airbus.
