It's possible that a helicopter could charge almost the same as a cab, because air traffic prices depend on demand. If you can guarantee Pawan Hans 100% occupancy for 6 to 8 flights a day then prices will be close to cab prices. One way to ensure high occupancy is to tie up with Ashoka and make the route Jindal-Ashoka-Rohini heliport and back.
