Not that this is entirely the fault of the students; this environment has been nurtured by the administration itself, where the professors and the course curriculum reflect a distinct ideological bias, and opposing ideas and arguments are shamelessly muffled by your own peers. The students here, (the moment they find out that you're a right-winger) will resort to all kinds of foul language and cyberbullying.
2. Do you even have any facts to support your claim of this government providing extraordinary or even adequate support to the athletes, or are all your research skills only limited to finding out what the Congress didn't do? As for the PM calling up athletes to 'motivate' them, that's rich after not ensuring that they get enough funding/facilities for training (one promising athlete was forced to train in the forest by tying a piece of bamboo between two trees, which you would have got to know had you actually read anything other than right-wing mouthpieces) and after cutting down sports budget in the year of Olympics.

As far as 2nd part of your comment is concerned, just check what Anju Boby George said about this govt. during interview on Olympic Broadcast in Sony Six. She explicitly stated that during Congress, even sports ministers were not interested in sports. In this govt. even PM personally ensures that athlete is motivated.
Vote wisely guys.
2. You are displaying your ignorance if you think that our athletes in general get a lot of support from the government. In fact, governments have even reneged on the promises made to olympic medal winners in the past, let alone others. Athletes here have suffered during the pandemic from lack of practice options, and the government had actually reduced the sports budget in 2020. At least pretend that you read some real world news!
