People from NLUJ are making headlines everywhere. They just won SICTA today and had won the moots of NALSAR, NLIU, freaking Vis East, Quarter-Finalists at Stetson and Vis Vienna, Semi-Finalists at Oxford Price Moot and also they’ve won various other accolades in ADR as well, all within the span of last 1-2 months or so.

I mean how did they manage to win everything they lay their hands upon? Is it the case because of change in administration and relaxation of academic rigour or is it something else? It’s honestly insane the heights NLUJ is reaching after Prof. Harpreet Kaur has taken over the charge.

What do you guys feel about the same?
No, they are just being good law students, like you are supposed to if you don't waste your time here. Moots or ADR competitions aren't what legal education and career training are all about, but they are decent activities nonetheless. You should try those yourself.
Prof Kaur is doing decent work, credit where due

but correlation aint causation, the wins would have come even in the old regime, the students won the competition, not the VC or admin
Massive relaxation in academic commitments is a very big reason; CAs, which were four per subject, have now been reduced to 2.
