Please understand that this average is 13 cr - not because most CEOs make 13cr but because the disparity between the top and bottom is so high. For e.g. if 1 CEO makes 100cr, and 4 other CEOs make 1 crore each - the average of all 5 together will be 20.8 crore.

Yes but the number of equity partners in a law firm are a lot more than the number of CEOs in a company even tho the head count of a law firm would be much much lower than the head count of a big company.
