Heard that Tatva Legal Hyderabad rates people out of 5 / out of 10 during its appraisal system. Is this true ?

reply Not typically. Most associates who perform well receive a 10 out of 10 rating and very good bonuses (higher than those at Tier I law firms). However, this can vary based on individual performances. That being said, the partners put in considerable effort to ensure that all associates receive thorough training (better than at any Tier I firm in India). Therefore, the likelihood of anyone being rated 5 out of 10 is extremely low.
