KCO recently announce amazing increments. Except for fresher, I think KCO is now the highest paymaster- at par with or slightly higher than Trilegal.

Fresher- 1.3 pm + 1.5 lakhs bonus

1 PQE- 1.45 pm + 4 lakhs

2 PQE- 1.75 pm + 7.5 lakhs

3 PQE - 2.15 pm + 10 lakhs

Could some one share the compensation for SA and higher level?

Do you think SAM CAM would follow and match the hike?

A fresher at Trilegal gets 1.375 pm + 3 lakhs bonus (19.5 in total)

Unfortunately IPR (definitely) and certain Disputes team are paid lower than other teams in terms of fixed retainer.

Corp, B&F, Cap Marks are paid at par with other remaining teams but their bonus is usually higher across levels.

Appear lower than Trilegal and S&R
