I am doing my research on how to go about it and have hit a road block. Most of the young firms I find are an alliance of dirty seconds and rejects. The MP gets the work and these rejects execute and do a mediocre job too. Exceptions (like Trilegal) make the norm. I don't want rejects and dirty seconds in my firm and therefore I must recognise talent early on. How must one go about it? How have the likes of AZB and AM done this so successfully over the years?
I can help you in conceptualizing and developing a Tier-1 law firm if you can commit investment of 50cr over 5 years and not take out money for yourself until a pre-defined milestone is achieved.
