SC/ST/OBC people can no longer seek employment in Air India as a matter of right.
I feel we can start with a 30% SC/ST/OBC quota in universities and private companies, which can be hiked to 50% by 2030. No one is obligated to marry/date you. 95 percent of Indians marries in their own caste including OBC(landlord caste included)
Rest of the other discrimination, tell me how does quota solve it ?? Also OBC were never discriminated, basis of giving them reservation is different. Plus OBC reservation is sham, only SC/ST reservation is justified that too with subcategorization and creamy layer like obc.

An individual has inherent right to marry within his/her caste, it is not casteism.

I know students who would never get into IIT, got into IIT Dhanbad on SC reservation, and now preparing for other govt. exams to again use SC reservation. If an IIT degree cannot uplift you, I do not understand what can. Now people will come here, cry - you have oppressed for 1000y (yes, like my ancestors were ruling Delhi from the last 1000y and I personally sat and oppressed your lot), this is our right etc. The problem is still not this.
The problem is when you talk to them they criticize the govt. as in -"Why isn't the govt. bringing more vacancies, why there is any privatisation, the govt should help us more, this is our right and no one can take it from us."
This is the problem. Haath pe haath daal ke baith jaate hai ki Sarkar hi mere liye kuch karegi, sarkar scheme laegi, and this is my bloody right. They continue preparing for govt. exams on a loop. This fear of competition, fear of learning new skills (abe Data analytics ka course free me hai YouTube pe, porn dekhne ke liye internet hai, data science ke liye I am backward from 1000y), and fear of entering the market to compete with global forces, A.I. and everything is too much in them.
This so much reliance on the Govt. and govt. subsidies and schemes and this belief that is my right because I have population numbers is wrong. If an IIT degree cannot help them, I don't think anything else can.

I will tell you guys a Tamil argument against the imposition of Hindi. It's good and counters all this - Representation, our population is more, hence we need more seats debate. A Tamil Professor said, if the only reason why Hindi should be the National Language of India is because Hindi has the highest number of speakers, then by that logic, Indian STREET DOG should become India's National animal (because we all have seen the dog and it has more numbers than Bengal tiger) and CROW should become India's National Bird (because many might have not seen peacock, but, we all have seen the Crow).
I hope such sassiness and "go and read/learn advice" will come in handy when Private sector will be forced to show their SC,ST, OBCs in their leadership positions and total employee count by caste. Hope they will read/learn too and allow you to speak/give advice.

Reservation is increasing casteism among students as far I have seen and people who have good socio economic conditions are availing reservations while the same general student who is not having good social economic status telling behind
All intellectual students who promote reservation will be first one to leave india as I have seen rich students from jindal ams ashoka asking for reservation in private

15% General (including Muslim upper caste)
63% OBC - (27% dominant OBCs like Yadav, and 36% Extremely backward OBCs or EBCs in Bihar=
19% SC
Rest Tribal.
So, for India, approximately, it will be -
15% General, 60% OBC, 20% sc, 5% tribal. Although, I think SC population is higher.
Now, make your arguments and cry left, right. And also ask CPI(M), how many SC and OBC are in their Politburo.
The objective of electing people is to elect the best among the population, not just elect the most popular or the one with the most votes. Even Hitler got 40% of the votes.
So, if the only reason people can provide as to why a General caste person cannot be making laws or run India is because they do not have the numbers, then that reasoning is flawed.

- 0% job reservation in the private sector and 0% student reservation in private colleges --- SC/ST/OBCs welcome to join but only on merit.
Cumulatively, the number of reserved jobs and education seats under this formula will actually be a LOT higher than those at present.
