LLM (2-year program) after EITHER
> at least 5 years of integrated LLB degree after 10+2 examination OR
> 3 years LLB degree after 10+2+3 examination
Yes. KGP. Thanks. That means the competition will be less since majority of NLU LLMs are out. DU, GLC ,BHU & IIT KGP itself remain the competition.
What's the point of making 2yr LLM mandatory when Lawschools abroad and top lawschools in India have only 1yr LLM? Will IIT Kgp deny someone admission for having a 1yrr LLM instead of 2yr one?
Yes. They will reject your application in the first instance and also not refund your application fees. Been there, done that.
