How can a associate with 3 years of experience in a law firm improve their writing skills?

I do acknowledge that with 3 years of experience, one will be aquire substantial amount of drafing skills. But how to assure that its perfect, such that your seniors dont have review it.

I have been told observing and reading agreements may help. But I dont see the change even after reading it. Maybe I am observing it wrong.

If someone can advise on how to observe drafting while reading agreements drafted by seniors that would be great.
