Do you wear heels? If you use a standing desk, do you prefer flat footwear that doesn't cause damage?

Most recommended formal footwear is closed toe shoes/bellies/pumps which may be either flat or block heels - depending on whatever you're comfortable with.

Crocs do really well in the monsoon.
