Should I join a larger team with multiple SAs, Counsels, and A3s & A2s, including some freshers from my batch? Or should I opt for a smaller team with just the partner, an SA, and me, considering I've previously worked with this smaller team, and they were very supportive? (same pay)

Smaller team initially, if there is not vast difference in the type of work.
