VCV's tenure is about to end this August. Who are the possible candidates now or will VCV seek a reappointment?
Rumours are that he will seek a reappointment but given what all he has done in his tenure with more bad highlights than good he shouldn't be in that position. However he is a smart man so we never know if he gets reappointed. But would be demeaning to students who suffered due to his choice of words and actions. So someone new should join.
Apparently, his wife is sick in HYD. He would probably leave since he has to make multiple visits to see her.
Requesting everyone to please have some humanity. A personal is unwell and some students (esp first years) are needlessly spreading rumours and also bringing politics into it.
Oh where is this humanity when it came to the victim, students have never shown her enough empathy, she is not allowed on campus and no one gives a damn. Where was this humanity when she kept on begging for help regarding her safety, where was humanity when she was publically humiliated for 10 long months with her details on website!! While I wish for his wife's health it is baseless and absurd to link his professional mistakes with his personal life! Where is the politics here
He refused meeting her parents too for a formal meeting and never came in front on this matter and you want anyone to empathise with him on this, did he ever acknowledge the faults, did he ever give an apology and when we are just putting our pov over his "professional conduct" you are linking all this to politics wowww maybe it's Karma but his wife shouldn't be the one facing the consequences
Dude wherewas this humanity when the girl for no fault of hers received shock treatment for her trauma.
As in seeking shelter from the wrath of Messiah? Is someone from Goa back in the game?
VCV was once under consideration for NUJS. Now that NKC's first term is ending, VCV may explore that option. Hence Noojies really need to know more about VCV and his chosen ones (such as the Registrar) lest they consider migrating to NUJS.
