Hi, I’m due to join a T1 as an A0 this summer. There is very little information available on the induction process. Will I have to travel to Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi? Will I have to book my own stay and travel? I just wanted to read about everyone’s experience of their inductions and get a general idea of what to expect. Thanks.
Maybe try to understand the purpose of LI before trying to act smart in some fresher kids genuine question you salty fuck lol?
Go check what happened the last loud mouth associate who used profanity in her social posts..
You will have to manage everything on your own. Apart from Trilegal, no T1 bothers to even take you out for socialising
Khaitan last year flew newbies out to St Regis Mumbai for their orientation? Made them do lot of ice breaking activities. I believe their flight tickets and hotel stay was paid for?
Can someone please answer genuinely? It would help a lot of us who are going to join soon. Why is every genuine question met with unnecessary snark and sarcasm on this platform
If you’ll have to pay yourself you’ll reject the offer? What help are you exactly seeking
Trilegal is very open about the induction process! Here's how it went for the induction at Taj in Bangalore for 2023 A0

1.We got emails on the venue, location, time and dress codes atleast 2 weeks induction

2. You have to reach the Bangalore office and transport is taken care off from there

3. You get your partner allocation emails too before induction

Trilegal's induction was great! You get booked in for a night at one of the city's best hotels. It's spread accross 2 days. The first day is more about HR sessions and team activities. The last event where you have an informal mixer (with unlimited drinks)
Haha thanks! OP here, sorry for the typos was brain dead doing a dd. Continuing the thread:

On the first day upon arriving to office, you all will be taken to the conference room. If you are seeing Trilegal's Bangalore office for the first time it's great, gives you an immense sense of pride. You will get free tea/coffee/biscuits/chocolates.

The firm then takes everyone to the venue. For us it was Taj : Your luggages are collected and you immediately have a few sessions by HR on the firm. Next you step up for breakfast, few ice breaking sessions and then lunch. You are given your keycards to your rooms.

Evening is free for you to roam Taj or just chill in your room. In the night you will have prizes for the games played before (trust me the prizes are great). One of the founding partners gives a talk on the firm which is followed by unlimited drinks and interactions with Partners.

Next day remember to sober up and wake up early to not miss the breakfast , after which checkouts are done. Note: you have to pay for any additional expenses arising from room service. The firm drops you back at the office.

Then you come to work, stay free for a month or so and then firm life hits you !

That's awesome, any idea about how Indus BLR and CAM BLR inducts newbies?
Based on various experiences shared by people I would guess that Trilegal treats them the best. I wish I can join there after graduation
