GNLU stands at a much better footing than RGNUL. The senior faculty which takes LLM classes at GNLU is fantastic across specializations. GNLU LLM students (some, not all) also secure placements. Goes without saying that in terms of ranking, GNLU stands above RGNUL.
Who are these fantastic GNLU faculty and why don't they take more undergrad classes?
If we specifically talk of Constitutional Law specialisation does the aforesaid stand true as well? Because RGNUL's Constitutional Law has quite a following.
No, but as an RGNUL undergrad student, please do not come to RGNUL if you want to do an LLM in any other subject but constitutional law. I am not even a consti student but would I kill to go back and learn from the professors. Please be on a lookout for Dr. Fuller, Dr. Lakhwinder and Dr. Manoj. They might have their shortcomings individually but they are good at the subject.
If you want placements - GNLU

if you're looking for time to prepare for competitive exams - definitely rgnul
