I have mixed exp. of inhouse (1+ PQE) and currently at a low tier law firm working across all areas, is it over for me if I aspire to move to a bigger firm in the coming years? Also, how do I go about it?

Any idea for salary stab in IPR firm for 3-4+ ex?

guessing from what my colleagues used to make when they joined (around 4-6LPA), so not sure but I think <10L at best, unless its a T1
