GLC. You get to stay in Mumbai. Relaxed attendance and can intern for the good part of the year. A relatively smaller batch compared to JGLS. A handful good professors however good placements and has a edge over most law schools if you want to pursue Litigation or Counsel Practice.GLC does not have any research centers, it does have a few committee but except for ABVP and Marathi Mandal no committees get any support from the Principal or Administration.

The principal herself is appointed through nepotism and lacs required qualifications. GLC is dominated by Maharashtra Domiciled students (85%) who have no competitive spirit and drive. That being said the top 20 students are very competitive.

JGLS. You get a campus life but there is nothing outside the campus. JGLS has reports of campus being very cramped. 1000+ students in JGLS and the placements are very similar to GLC for Corp. JGLS is known to recruit very qualified teachers something is non existent in GLC and you are going to have to learn everything your self. JGLS has several exchange programs and research centers for its students which are essential for overall growth.
GLC anyday. As a recruiter I can vouch JGLS is going to make your life hell with the strict attendance norms almost rendering it impossible for you to intern and get exposure at Firms. GLC on the other hand has relaxed attendance which gives the students an upper hand as they intern with top Firms for long term and easily secure PPOs
JGLS hands down. GLC has lost its sheen and the kids end up chilling for 5 years without amounting to anything,
Same thing is done by Jindal kids, with the difference being that their parents are 45 lakhs poorer at the end of 5 years.
GLC if you wanna save money, intern from first year onwards and get a chance to lean from all the many internships you can do because of the lax attendance policy.

JGLS if you have the money, and want to study in a big campus with multiple amenities, decent to excellent professors, varied electives and a chance to study electives from other schools, learn subjects theoretically, enjoy 5 years of if campus life while hoping on a wing and prayer to get a good placement.

Both are extremely different choices. Be careful.
