Ask yourself are you cleanly (cleaning matlab +10-15 marks se) clearing UPSC CSE prelims with CSAT? And are you getting okay enough marks in Mains to either miss interview calls or getting an interview call but not being able to make final list.

If yes, then try for other exams too. Else go for UPPCS, BPSC and UPSC. Because the prelims is getting tougher by the minute and mains becomes tough because the people who are filtered are good and talented.

So, better to stick one stream and affiliated exams rather than completely different exam styles. See Gaurav Tripathi of UPSC hindi. UPPCS cracked, IIT R alumnus, full mehnati & talented. Still got interview rejection 2 times. Finally this year got 216. And this year he was rejected from UPPCS.

So, it is very difficult. You can crack judiciary after age 32 too (cut off of general category.)
Nowadays the level of judicial exams are also increased and getting tougher day by day due to increasing of competition (post 2njpc very high) + limited seats.

So sit, take breath, analyse yourself then decide nothing is hard or cake walk. Go & read the strategies of successful candidates who posses skills like you
Having given both and reaching the interviews, my only advice would be to not do it. Select one and go after it 100%. The difference in syllabus is huge, example the fact that procedural laws are not included in law optional in UPSC, whilst in Judiciary they're considered the most important to the point that you'll have to learn each and every section to the T. Law in UPSC is more conceptual, judiciary law requires strong memorization. Plus the general studies in Judiciary is nothing but it's everything in UPSC. Be careful pursuing both .
