Use the CRA format that your college provides. Just fill in the details in that template. And for the sake of god, do not use the templates that you find in random websites in Google. Instead, you can make your own template with your educational qualifications, interest areas, work experience, co-curriculars (moots, publications, certificate courses etc.) and extra-curriculars at the end.
