Attrition after attrition in JSA's so called one of the oldest and best team where 2 EPs work together, because of lack of conducive environment in the team, toxicity of principal/senior associate and associates who already consider themselves as partner. Although, the harsh and rude EPs are sometimes good but unfortunately they also aren't aware of what's going on in their team. The atmosphere seems to be tainted by politics, toxicity, and an overall lack of conducive conditions. Such issues including internal politics and favoritism are making it challenging for the team specially for the people who are not into politics. Glorifying toxic work culture is what is being done here. Going to Jail is even better than joining this team.

Lol JSA has been toxic af for 4-5 years now, people on LI are just waking up to this reality. Old excom used to address toxicity and HR issues by stepping in and asking EPs to buck up. This new excom is more focused on minting money and making sure JSA is circling the drain
