Hate to say it but - you are thoroughly fuck*d . Please awaken . Current job market just doesnt allow that kind of shift unless you already have solid contacts in law firms /MNCs.
You can think of starting boutique and going laterally but that would take 3-4 years and then again you will not land a good company for sure.
Good Inhouse roles require close to 7-8 years of PQE in Good Law Firm with good work ex.
