I heard they are paying 12 fixed and 4 bonus to batch of 2024 batch. Isnt this what scam and kco is also paying. How to approach them for a job?

T1s don't make A0s do a mandatory 6-month training period with zero pay like Spice Route (preferably, check with them if they still do this before joining). Moreover, SAM etc. pay 16 LPA fixed as compared to the figure you've mentioned a huge part of which is variable/bonus.

No training procedure now @spiceroute, they stopped that 2 years back
