I’m a 2nd year student from a t-1 NLU and I’ll be starting my corp. law internship somewhere around may next year. I have recently finished my SC internship under the ASG of India and the work I got there included mere copy-pasting LODs and 1-2 lines opinions, from which I learned absolutely nothing that would add up to my knowledge. Plus, while I was observing the court proceedings and the general court environment, I’ve come to a conclusion (after having done internships at HC and District Court as well) that Litigation is not for me as it’s a complete hassle and I want something that is more streamlined and straightforward as a career-path and I believe a career in corporate law would suit my needs. I just wanted to know as to what kind of work would I be entrusted upon at a Law Firm (inclusive of all the teams except dispute resolution) internship that I must be ready to face when the opportunity arises. Also, kindly tell the expectations that
