What is it with these litigation boutiques in Delhi having really long, detailed and comprehensive recruitment processes that end with the HR informing you that the salary is 10-15kšŸ¤”? Instead of spending so much on the recruitment process, can't they just pay a little more to their juniors? It's mind-blowing that the salary these boutiques offer is less than the monthly stipend Tier 1 firms offer student interns. What even explains this disparity?
