The HR told me that she will get back but has now ghosted me. I'm graduating in 2024 and am seriously anxious now. It has been a month now and i haven't done anything productive. This is in my mind 24 hours and making me extremely anxious.

I got very good feedback and had high hopes. Was banking on it but now don't see it materializing into anything

I have never tried this, but I hope for it to work:

Follow-up with the Partner in 1 week from now (Call).

Then, act as per their instruction

Then, follow-up with HR 3 weeks from now (e-mail).

Then, act as per their instruction.

Then, follow-up with HR 6 weeks from now (call).

Something similar happened with me too from a T1 &T2 firm. Partner's shouldn't commit to interns if they're aren't going to hire, what's the point in giving false hopes. A T2 firm partner was eager on hiring me and when i contacted him and the HR, they were both unresponsive and it's really difficult to get in contact with the T1 partner lol.

happened with me too, later found out from an SA that they were on a hiring freeze.

Hey, i worked mostly with the team and not directly with the Partner. He has met me like seen me around the office but I've never had a chance to interact with him. Should i still reach out to him?
