I am a 4th-year student in a t2 nlu. I have been trying to get an internship at Trilegal for 1 year. I have a good CV (including callbacks at some t1 firms). I have tried mailing HR, filling out the form, and texting people on LinkedIn. Did everything I could, but couldn't get through. At the same time, I have seen people with CVs half as good getting in. Can anyone tell me how things work here and how can I get in?

Cold emailing worked out for me but sadly now the partners dont refer anyone.
