From NYT today:

We need such a BA course at NLUs instead of the current boring crap. Speaking here not just as a lifelong Swiftie, but also because Tay Tay is genuinely more relevant than a dead fossil like Marx. She has a zillion more followers and spreads a message of love and inclusiveness. In contrast, Marx inspired autocratic regimes and was also a toxic and racist man (called his daughter's black husband the N word and compared him to a gorilla).

Harvard too, pal. If you don’t like our Taylor then keep quiet.
As a student who had taken that course, I can say that it was a good experience. We did not spend time talking about Harry Potter as such, but rather use Rowling's works as a lens through which one can discuss legal, socio-economic and political issues. The classroom discussions and assignments were both fun and interesting. The faculty did encourage us to keep asking questions and present our own viewpoint, which does not always happen in law school in my experience.
Well, there are courses on Harry Potter at NUJS, so not impossible! At least Taylor is a real person, unlike Harry!
