I have been seeing juniors from our college - 2024,2025 are far flung, more aware and intelligent and more accomplished than we are. Is this because of COVID effect that made us less aware about stuff or they had better access to technology and resources than us?

That is what societies are like. Newer generations are and should also be better than the previous generations- due to better technologies (ease of getting information), change in way of teaching pedagogy, better development in the legal field itself. Every new generation would know more than the previous ones- and that is how it should be. As Steve jobs said old must make way for the new. That should not be a reason to intimidate you! What advantage they may have due to the advantages they have, older generations compensate with experience.
