Shouldn't a "100+ year old firm" with "legacy" be able to match the compensation structure of a "smaller platform"?
There is a lot of discontent among associates at CAM. If no hike is announced in March, a mass exodus will happen.
The market is really bad to lateral in junior years. This is not going to happen until June/ July
I'm an A2 with offers from Trilegal and SAM (both offering more pay). Know of at least 4 A1s who also have T1 offers, even more A3s. Once an SA/PA shifts who relied on you for work, they want the junior to shift with them.
none of this is happening. Exits, if at all will be for 3 and 4 PQE. A0, A1 and A2s not going anywhere. CAM knows about the market situation and will likely avoid giving any hike because it can afford to do so in these desperate times for students.
