It is clear from the various LinkedIn posts and individual anecdotes that the firms are facing heavy attrition at junior levels. If that conclusion is anywhere near the truth, then what might explain the gloom in the hiring prospects of BO'24 and 25?
nope, lateral hiring is very very active across tier 1s. Maybe they don't want freshers on the job.
Excessive hiring from the BO'23. That's the reason! Attrition is lower than normal as well which is because people are a bit scared of losing their job now in this gloomy market!
