Hi guys, this might seem like a stupid question but how does one go about actually asking for a call back internship or a PPO interview? Who do we contact and what do we say?

I have a tier 2 internship coming up and I am expecting a good experience and I want to be able to communicate that I want to be considered for a PPO interview, how to go about it??
