Having worked with Indus BLR in the past, I can personally say that they don't just do DDs but do plenty of diverse PE/VC deals (not so much M&A) which includes preparing/reviewing all kinds of transaction docs and a lot of general corp advisory work. This is of course apart from a strong lit, real estate (Anup Shah practice-one of the leading in Blore), IP, cap marks and a booming TMT and employment practice that they possess.

That said, work culture is not the best.
