Recently have started spending unnecessary time on LI. Has anyone faced the same and if yes, what you did to reduce the time on LI. Did you fixed certain visit-limit per day or week?

Sorry to hear that. Is it just LI or social media in general? You could try to:
1. Put away your phone or electric devices when you sleep, and don't check LI / social media first thing in morning / when you go to bed.
2. Read a book or watch a good movie or TV show?
3. Figure out what itch LI scratches. Is it boredom, or anxiety about career, etc? See if you can tackle those another way.
Google for online or social media addiction or watch some videos, some might have some useful other tips or advice.
