A CA can do everything that a CS can do but not vice-versa. Hope that answers your question.

CS is fairly easy compared to CA.
Course structure for CS revolves around corporate law, so that's a better choice.

CS is just a compliance qualification. Nobody takes it seriously. Too much marketing by ICSI still it is not widely accepted. Because CS is nothing, if not coupled with an LLB degree.
